We also record which page the form was submitted from and, when present, the marketing campaign parameters in the link you followed.
To understand how the site is used, we log basic, non-identifying analytics for each page view: the page visited, the referring source, and whether the device is mobile or desktop, along with any marketing campaign parameters in the URL. We do not use advertising networks or third-party behavioral trackers, and we do not build cross-site profiles of you.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, provide the brokerage services you ask about, and stay in touch about your property or investment goals. We use the automatic analytics only to measure and improve the performance and content of this website. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
The personal details you submit through our forms are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption. The keys required to access that data are held only on our secure server infrastructure and are never exposed in your browser. Access to stored inquiries is limited to Greg Shindler and is protected by authentication. While no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and, where you become a client or ongoing contact, for as long as necessary to provide services and meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request access to or a copy of it, to request that we correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you may still exercise your other rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
