Litigation between Burbank and Metro is still ongoing. A September 3 interim agreement lets Metro proceed with undisputed improvements (stations, sidewalks, lighting, landscaping), but dedicated bus lanes on Olive Ave remain blocked. Construction started the week of Sept 21. If Olive Ave opens as mixed-flow, those specific stops likely don't trigger SB 79's full upzoning.
